Montgomery's Homestay Facilities
Our well-equipped homestay sleeps four to five people in two bedrooms, one king and one twin (a rollout bed is available to accommodate the fifth person).
During winter months, enjoy the comfortable living room, warm and snug in front of the woodburner. The generous deck, complete with BBQ and outdoor seating, can be enjoyed all year round. From its elevated site, our homestay offers wonderful views over the Wairau Valley to the hills beyond. It's the perfect spot for enjoying the all-day sun and the spectacular sunsets.

Kitchen and Supplies
A full-size, well-equipped kitchen allows you easy self-catering. We do supply breakfast provisions so tea, coffee, cereal, fresh juice, fresh fruit, bread, homemade jam and free range eggs from our own hens await you on arrival. It's all included in the rate.
For those who fancy a gourmet night in, a chef is available to cater for you by arrangement (indicate your interest when booking). We also have laundry facilities available. Picnics can be supplied by arrangement. If you'd like to try one of Marlborough's great eating spots, we're happy to make recommendations and can help you make transport arrangements.
Children are Welcome
At Montgomery's we are child-friendly with a swimming pool and trampoline on hand. A highchair is available and an evening babysitter can often be arranged if you give us notice. Children will enjoy exploring the vineyard, meeting our hens and the family dog and cat. Our homestay is set back far from the road so it is a safe environment, away from traffic.
Your Hosts, Rose & Matthew Montgomery
We enjoy welcoming guests and our interests include wine, food, art, sport, fishing, sailing and gardens. We grow Marlborough's well known Sauvignon Blanc grapes on the vineyard and our visitors are welcome to wander through the rows. Matthew is a qualified boat skipper and, together with Rose, owns and operates the local Montessori pre-school in Blenheim.
Tariff in NZ$
Montgomery's Homestay rate is NZ$250 per night for two guests, including breakfast. Extra guests (to a maximum of three) at $25 per-person, per-night. Longer term stays by arrangment. Please enquire on our contact page or when you make your booking. There is an additional cost if you wish to use our gourmet chef (by arrangement only).
